Massey Ferguson Brand Manager & Fendt Brand Manager

There has never been a more exciting time to be part of the Agco dealer network – and having worked alongside the brands since 1947, we feel quite well positioned to make that comment! Both the Massey Ferguson and Fendt product ranges have gone from strength to strength, now offering the widest, deepest and most extensive choice on the market and we are proud to work alongside them, serving and supporting customers across Central Southern England.

As part of our development, we are looking for two Senior Brand Managers who will eat, sleep and breathe their respective brands – working in harmony with their dedicated sales teams to ensure our customers choose the right machine for their business. We are looking for two dynamic, intelligent, forward thinking individuals who have a strong background in sales, are extremely numerate and have a genuine understanding of our customer’s needs.

If you feel you have what it takes to drive these brands to even greater heights then we would love to hear from you. All enquiries will be treated in the strictest confidence – please see the contact details below.

Area Sales Representative - Golf (W.Sussex, Hampshire, South Surrey, Dorset)

We have an exciting opportunity for an Area Sales Representative to join our Guildford team - taking responsibility for all sales to the Golf Market in West Sussex, Hampshire, South Surrey and Dorset.  The role's main objective will be to ensure the continued growth of the Baroness range of golf course machinery that we are currently seeing - alongside additional market leading franchises that we hold within our portfolio.

The ideal candidate would either be a greenkeeper with a good technical understanding of golf course maintanence or a sales professional already working in the area with a checkable reputation for customer service.  The role will suit someone that can work on their own and as part of a team and who possesses the drive required to get results through hard work and determination.

Experienced Agricultural Service Engineers - Wallingford, Cirencester, Devizes and Bristol Branches

We are fortunate to represent some outstanding franchises such as Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Valtra, Challenger, CAT and Vaderstad. You will therefore be working on some of the most advanced machinery in the market place, and alongside an outstanding team of like minded engineers, who have an excellent mix of age and experience.

Over the years, we have been fortunate to welcome many engineers from other brands who have gone on to thrive within our business, proving that changing companies can really make a difference. It’s also clear that switching brands can feel strange for a while, but the support that's available from within the depots, combined with a structured training programme from Agco, means that within no time at all you feel part of the family.

We value the role of the service engineer extremely highly. This is not only reflected in the way you are treated but we make sure that our pay is amongst the best in the industry.
