Bale Handling

Bale Spikes

The Albutt range of Bale Spikes are designed to suit a variety of bale and machine types. Tines are bushed into the heavy wall box section frames, perfectly spaced to suit your required bale types. Typically all models kept in stock for urgent requirements.

F301 Bale Grab with Rollers

The Albutt F301 Bale Grab is designed to handle round, wrapped bales of silage. The heavy-duty design features smooth and large flat face contact points, ensuring the bale wrap is protected. The rollers are free to spin on forged steel tines featuring two plain bearings to ensure free rotation around the tine. The rollers are quickly and easily removed to expose two 1100mm forged steel tines. This means the handler can then be used as a bale spike for round and square straw bales. Each roller is secured with a bolted latch that can be mounted on either side of the handler arm.

F352 Over Arm Bale Grab

The Albutt over arm bale handler features a new heavy-duty design. Designed for use with telehandlers and tractor loaders the F352 handler will handle square and round wrapped bales of silage. The overhead clam arm has a two-stage squeeze action. This clamp action minimizes the gap between bales required when stacking. Ideal for stacking bales on trailers, in buildings or yards. All contact points feature a round tube design to protect bale film.

F410 Bale Stacker

The Albutt F410 soft hands bale stacker securely handles round wrapped silage bales. The attachment allows bales to be stacked in vertical columns with relative ease. Vertical column stacks provide greater stack stability, maintaining bale shape for easy feeding. Stacking on the thickest part of the wrap also minimises wrap damage and retains feed quality.

The heavy-duty design of the F410 also means that the grab is as at home being used on Telehandlers as it is on Tractor Loaders.

F450 Side Squeeze Bale Grab

The Albutt F450 heavy-duty side squeeze bale grab handles wrapped silage or straw bales, round or square. Smooth surfaces on the gripper arms protect the bale wrap. Square bales can be gripped from side or end on (dependent on bale length) and round bales can be turned on their ends.

An optional frame can allow 2 bales to be carried. As standard the grab is supplied with an adjustable pressure relief valve and hydraulic lock valve to protect against burst pipes.

F470 Contractor Bale Grab

The Albutt F470 Bale Grab is a contractor quality, heavy-duty bale handler aimed at high-intensity users. The side squeeze operation provides a simple yet effective tool for moving both square and round silage bales. Lateral movement of the clamp can be adjusted to allow for the largest possible range whilst keeping the frame width at a minimum. A heavy-duty spill frame means a second square bale can be stacked. Bolt-on brackets allow the bale handler can simply have the brackets swapped if the machine type is changed. If the machine has two hydraulic services to the attachment, both width adjustment and the clamp movement operations can be handled from the cab. If the machine only has one hydraulic service, 2 x three-way valves on the F470 can be manually operated to switch between width adjustment or clamp movement services.

F501 Bale Grab

The Albutt F501 Multi Bale Stacker is designed to offer a quick and efficient means of moving and stacking round or square bales. The F501 is designed to handle 2 x Hesston bales or 3 x Mini Hesston bales. It features curved, KV type tines that simultaneously enter the bales for quick and easy stacking. A single ram is mounted with Hardox bracing. Square bales are secured with 2 x straight base tines.

F650HX Bale King

The Albutt F650HX Bale King is the ultimate, award-winning bale handler for quickly and efficiently moving bales out in the field and stacking them in the shed. For round and square bales, upto 3 x hesston bales and 4 x mini hesston bales can be handled. To resist against tine breakages, the F650HX Bale King comes with an option of Hardox tines. A floating bottom tine bar can be folding in the vertical position for road transport. Available with bolt-on brackets to suit your telehandler or loading shovel.

Flat Bale Grabs

The Albutt heavy-duty bale grabs are designed for use with telehandlers, loading shovels and tractor loaders. They are supplied complete with attachment brackets to suit your machine. The range compromises of 4 models covering all sizes of bales from 8 conventional to hesston bales. All models feature forged steel claws for high strength and long life. Heavy-duty, double-acting rams provide sufficient power for claw penetration.

All Sweep Brushes

The Albutt Allsweep Tine Mounted Brush is a simple solution to sweeping. Easily fitted to pallet forks, it can be used with any type of machine equipped with forks. The robust steel frame houses 9/11 rows of bristles to provide an effective sweep action. Optional parking legs to protect the bristles when not in use. The Allsweep is suitable for a variety of applications from clearing grain stores and warehouses, to tidying yard areas, driveways and roadways.

Bucket Brushes

The Albutt Bucket Brush can be used to sweep/collect a large variety of materials such as grain, slurry, fertiliser, aggregate, mud etc. The galvanised canopy can be adjusted to suit a variety of bucket types with durable poly bristles fitted as standard. Supplied as standard with mounting brackets, Albutt can supply the brush to fit your existing bucket or fitted to a suitable Albutt bucket. A variety of optional extras can be supplied such as gravity feed water sprinkler, screw jack adjustment and motor valve protection.

V-Concept Sweepers

The Albutt V-Concept range of sweepers feature an innovative, patented ‘V’ system, designed to maximise sweeping capabilities and efficiency. The V7 model is designed to give a simple, effective solution for sweeping dry, loose materials such as grain moving onto tougher materials like farmyard manure and slurry. The ‘V’ system means fewer rows of bristles are required to give the same performance – ultimately making the V-Concept sweeper a more costs effective solution when it comes to replacing the bristles.

The Albutt 4 in 1 Bucket incorporates Hardox steel to provide a multi-purpose attachment suitable for a variety of applications. The attachments can be used as a bucket, clamp, grader and digger. Serrated edges providing extra grip when clamping. Bag Filling Buckets

The Albutt Bag Filling Bucket is the ultimate time-saving attachment for use in busy yards. It allows the quick fill of tote bags with heavy free-flowing material such as sand, aggregate, gravel etc. To be used with any telehandler or loader, trailers and vans can also be filled with precise control. Clam Shell Buckets

The Albutt high capacity Clam Shell Bucket is designed for the bulk handling of such materials as grain, woodchip, and manure. As the floor opens to release material, it means larger volumes can be moved as the load centres are kept closer compared to conventional high tip buckets. There are further benefits over traditional high tip buckets when moving manure as the rams are set vertical, up and away from being pressed into the material; a traditional problem with twin ram high tips.

The Bucket utilises high tensile steels in its design (Hardox and Strenx) and features high capacity hydraulic cylinders for a positive bucket opening. Rams are covered for spill protection. All models feature a boron 500 leading edge as standard.

Grab Buckets

Albutt bucket grabs are a versatile attachment for material handling in agriculture. Offering the features of a bucket and fork grab in one attachment. The bucket features bolted sides that can be removed for muck handling etc. The wide opening grab features Hardox high tensile steel tines that are welded into a thick-walled tube, providing high strength and long term reliability. The bucket edge can touch a vertical face with the grab open, allowing corners in buildings to be cleared. This new attachment is suitable for use with telehandlers and loaders.

High Tip Buckets – Grain Handling

The Albutt ‘A’ range of High Tip Buckets are an ideal solution for increasing grain loading times. The tipping mechanism allows for an extra 1 meter of height and forward reach – ideal for use on loading shovels loading into high sided trailers. The Hardox cradle is designed to minimise grain traps whilst also incorporating a remote greasing feature. On return from tip, the bucket rests on large rubber bump stops both protecting the tipping frame and dampening noise. All buckets feature a 500 brinnell weld on toe plate as standard with the option of a second bolt on the reversible version.

High Tip Buckets – Manure & Waste Handling

The Albutt ‘WA’ range of High Tip Buckets are based on an ultra heavy duty design – suitable for applications from muck to waste handling. Waste Bucket & Claw

The Albutt Waste Bucket and Claw are designed to give a heavy-duty option for moving low-density materials such as paper and cans. The grab is shallow compared to similar models, keeping material compact within the bucket itself. For further security, a mesh fill can be added between the grab tines. Grass Forks

Pallet Fork Extensions

The simple but effective way of lengthening your forks to handle longer loads safely, without damage to the load.

Pallet Fork Hooks – Adjustable

Simple and cost-effective way over moving loads on the pallet forks of your prime mover. The swivel hook is mounted to a heavy-duty frame which can slide across the length of your forks. It is clamped into place by tightening two twist clamps.

Pallet Fork Hooks – Fixed

Fixed position pallet fork hook for the safe movement of objects on the machines’ pallet forks.

Pallet Fork Positioners

The Albutt Pallet Fork Positioner allows users to quickly and accurately move pallet forks from the comfort of the cab. By operating a hydraulic service, the forks can move to suit various pallet sizes and loads – ideal for busy yards and construction sites where getting out of the cab can create a health and safety issue. The Albutt Fork Positioner can be bought complete with pallet forks or can take OEM forks for specific machines. The range is made up of 3 models – P410HFP (4.1 tonne capacity), P1200HFP (12 tonne capacity) and P1800HFP (18 tonne capacity). All models are load tested and supplied with the test certificate.

ITA Pallet Fork Carriage with Forks

The ITA castellated type carriage and forks allows loads of 1.5 tonne to 6 tonne to be moved depending on model. The forks can be moved across the carriage by lifting a latch and locking them in the desired position. All models are supplied with mounting brackets to suit your prime mover. The rails of the carriage are manufactured using high-grade steel.

ITA Pallet Fork Carriage without Forks

The Albutt ITA carriage range massively improves site efficiency when using pallet forks. The carriage allows the forks to be dropped off of the machines’ headstock without the user leaving the cab (if the headstock has hydraulic locking); as simple as changing between attachments. Pallet Fork Carriage for Merlo Forks

The Albutt Merlo Pallet Fork Carriage allows Merlo Pallet Forks to be pickup and dropped off the machine without having to leave the cab (providing you have hydraulic locking). The existing Merlo Forks sit on this Albutt Carriage and can be moved side to site across the bar.

Round Bar Pallet Fork Carriage with Forks

The Albutt Pallet Fork Carriage with Floating Forks allows loads of 1.5 tonne to 6 tonne to be moved, depending on model. The forks can be manually positioned at the desired width by sliding them across the round bars supplied. Mounting brackets to suit your prime mover are fitted to the carriage as standard.

Round Bar Pallet Fork Carriage without Forks

The Albutt Round Bar Pallet Fork Carriage picks up he customers’ existing round bar pallet forks, dramatically increases site efficiency. The carriage means that the user can drop the forks off the headstock and pick up another attachment without leaving the cab (if the machine has hydraulic locking). Side Shift Carriages

The Albutt range of Side Shift Carriages is designed to fit in between the existing pallet forks and pallet fork carriage – providing sideways movement of the load. The pallet forks and pallet fork carriage can also be bought with the side shift unit for a complete set. Ideal for builders merchants, garden centres and other users with restricted access, the side shift unit improves site efficiency greatly.

Bag Lifters

The Albutt range of Bag Lifters is designed to give a safe lifting option for handling 600kg and 1000kg bags. Designed to be used with telehandlers or loaders, the bag handler simplifies the safe unloading and stacking fertiliser and seed bags. Every model comes complete with brackets suit your machine, is CE marked with test certificate and comes with a certificate of conformity.

Bag Lifters Adjustable

The new Albutt Bag Lifter is designed to provide a safe, efficient and versatile method of moving seed and fertiliser bags. Suitable for all known bag sizes, the arms can be adjusted by manual or hydraulic operation; reducing bag swing in transit and keeping bags tight when stacked. The attachment also features nylon wear strips and bushes within the moving areas.

Grain Pushers

The Albutt Grain Pusher range is designed for use with telehandlers, loaders and shovel loaders with quick release brackets available to suit your machine. The heavy-duty design incorporates round and smooth surfaces to prevent grain trapping. The modular design means all sizes can be extended by 1.0 or 2.0 meters. Albutt offer an optional plastic wear strip for floor protection. Both extensions and plastic wear strip can be retrofitted. A large 2.3m wide blade (1m high) increases grain pushing capability from previous models. All come as standard in high visibility yellow paint, aiding use in darker, indoor grain stores.

Man Platforms

The Albutt Man Platform range is manufactured to meet the requirements of HSE AIS28 guidelines and comes complete with an SWL test certificate (LOLER 1998). A sturdy high impact construction hosts all the features required by PM28 guidelines including weldmesh back guard, barriers and guards, integral harness rail, non slip floor with drain holes, kickboards and galvanised finish. A high back means the platform can be used on a variety of machines, from Telehandlers to masted Forklifts. All models come as standard with fittings to fit onto your machines pallet forks and bracket fixings can be added on some models.

Snow Ploughs

The Albutt Snow Plough range has been developed for use with Telehandlers, Loaders, Tractors and Groundcare machinery. Available in four widths, they are available with brackets to suit your machine.

The blade can be angled both sides, with a choice of manual or hydraulic control. Fitted with guide castors (height adjustable), a replaceable rubber wear edge and parking legs, the Albutt range of Snow Ploughs provides a cost-effective and reliable solution for snow clearance. Weight Boxes

The new Albutt Weight Box range combines the benefits of a heavyweight block and the practicality of a tool box in one unit. Available in 4 sizes; 750kg, 1000kg, 1200kg and 1500kg the box provides traction for most working environments. Lifting the gas strut lid reveals the large tool storage area, ideal for storing a variety of items during those long field days. As standard, the box comes in black, with a red lid, galvanised ‘Albutt’ logo plate and red/white chevrons.

Weight Extension – Extenda

The Albutt Extenda Weight Extension multiplies the achievable weight from any ballast with 3 point linkage by extending its distance away from the machine. A cab operated hydraulic ram operates the scissor action, pushing the weight away and subsequently increasing machine traction against its counterweight. Ideal for tough ground conditions, Extenda will carry all makes of weights or weight boxes with 3 point linkage up to 2000kg. Fully extended, a 2000kg weight will have an effect of up to 4000kg.

Yard Scrapers

The Albutt Telescrape Yard Scraper offers a fully floating design to scrape uneven surfaces. Designed for use on Telehandlers and Tractor Loaders, it offers greater advantages over conventional, lighter duty scrapers. A fully reversible; ‘Push’ or ‘Pull’ action, the unique design is one of Albutt’s most popular with many units being exported across the world each year. Operation of the ‘Pull’ / ‘Push’ mechanism is all done from the comfort of the cab; simply lift the boom and rotate the headstock to put the Scraper into the desired position.

Carriage Mounted Lifting Jib

The Albutt Carriage Mounted Lifting Jib mounts directly to the headstock of your prime mover. 6 lifting points allow loads to be picked at various distances from the machine. A 4 tonne lift can be achieved at the closest point.

Shear Buckets

The Albutt Shear Bucket range is based on the ultra high strength design of the Shear King range, providing excellent cutting capabilities on all silage types. The grab is taken directly off of the Shear King ranges and features the same high tensile steels (Hardox & Strenx) throughout. The bucket floor is braced by underside Hardox tines for maximum durability. Across the front edge of the bucket is a specially commissioned Hardox cutting edge, sharpened to enter the pit face as clean as possible. This process is bolstered by cutting edges to the side profiles of the bucket.

Shear King – Ultra High Capacity

The Albutt Shear King high capacity shear grab is designed to be used with telehandlers and wheeled loaders with a minimum lift of 4 tonnes. The grabs have a capacity of 2.20m3 and 2.50m3 and a width of 2.20m and 2.50m. Users wanting to handle large amounts of silage and maximise their machines’ productivity are the ideal customers for this new grab. With a large capacity, the number of cuts and journey times can be reduced, improving silage quality and handling efficiency.

The Albutt Shear King Mini high capacity shear grab is designed to be used with telehandlers and wheeled loaders with a minimum lift of 3-4 tonnes. The grabs have a capacity of 1.40m3, 1.60m3 and 1.80m3 and a width of 1.90m, 2.20m and 2.50m. Bucket Skips

The Albutt Bucket-Skip provides a quick and efficient method of moving and storing materials around building sites, farmyard, equestrian facilities etc. The heavy-duty 6mm constructed body gives a longer service life compared to lighter equivalents and the bracket mountings mean the skips can easily and safely be moved around when locked onto a materials handler.

Equi Skips

The Albutt Equi-Skip provides a cost-effective solution to holding and moving large quantities of muck and straw around paddock areas. Ideal for equestrian facilities, the skip is quickly and simply moved around by mounting brackets fitted to the back. The heavy-duty 6mm constructed body will ensure the skip gives many years of useful service.

Tip Skips

The Albutt Tipping Skips provide a simple form of mobile storage. Ideal for use in factories, sites and facilities that re-quire portable storage. The skip mounts on forklift pallet fork tines. Can be accessed from 4 sides. The tipping mechanism is controlled by the release lever, (lockable). The skip body auto returns to the lock position when empty.

Forestry

Log Grabs

The Albutt Log Grab range has been specifically designed to suit the machine they are fitted onto, with individual models for Tractor Loaders, Telehandlers and Loading Shovels. Incorporating high strength materials such as Domex and Hardox in key stress areas, the range is built to last in a variety of forestry applications. Used the world over, the Albutt Log Grab range is trusted time and again with repeat orders from across the globe. LG055, LG105 and LG405 models can be supplied with optional Hardox serrated edges that bolt onto the Log Grabs arms.

Timber Grab

The Albutt Timber Grab features a unique beak design coming down onto genuine Hardox tines; providing an ultra heavy-duty option to moving various timber sizes. The high capacity rams mean a secure grip is achieved. By utilising Hardox base tines rather than traditional twin profiles, the Timber Grab can work in harsher applications and also be used for other means.

Timber Grapple

The Albutt LG series of timber grapples are designed to be used with telehandler, loader or tractor 3 point linkage. The attachments have a lift capacity of 2.5 & 4.0 tonnes. The grapple has a rotate function allowing timber to be positioned when loading timber trucks. Grapple arms are manufactured from Strenx high tensile steel for high strength and long term reliability. Two hydraulic services or a change over valve are required to operate both grapple and rotator.
