COMFORTABLE OPERATING AREA
All the operator controls are configured on the right side of the driver’s seat and positioned with ease of use, accessibility and function in mind. Amenities such as tilt steering, suspension seat with multiple adjustments and a cup holder allows for optimal operator comfort and reduce fatigue.

HI-LIFT FEATURE
The Baroness LM315 has been designed to get you to every corner of the golf course. It is equally at home on greens, tees and approaches. Moving around the golf course you need to know that the cutting units will stay clear of any obstructions as you travel. That’s why we designed in a hi-lift feature to ensure maximum protection of the cutting units during transport.

THE HEART OF BARONESS

Every cutting cylinder is individually balanced before being installed and our heat treatment process ensures that the cutting edges of both our cutting cylinders and bedknives stay sharp and true.

B-ACT
B-ACT – BARONESS aggression cutting technology. Most of the mowers and mower units produced by Baroness are eqiupped with B-ACT. B-ACT allows the end user to adjust the cutting aggression to better fit their individual course needs.

LM101

For 30 years, Baroness has been developing and designing the floating head greens mower. The LM101 is Baroness’ best floating head greens mower to date.

For the new LM101 greens mower, Baroness focused on improving its design and engineering.

The mower unit is now independent from the drive unit so that it can follow the greens without being affected by the operator. The grass box is also independent from the mower unit. If grass clippings, thatch and sand increases in the grass box, it does not affect the cutting angle of the mower unit, preventing the cutting height from fluctuating, allowing the mower to mow consistently and evenly.

The industry’s shortest distance between the front and rear rollers combined with a 4 inch 11-blade diameter reel the LM101 is designed to prevent scalping and minimize damage to the turf. The durable blades, made of Baroness’ own special steel, contribute to both a healthy clean cut from first cut to last creating a beautiful after cut appearance and high turf quality, thus achieving the ideal greens.

INDEPENDENT MOWER UNIT
The grass box is independent from the mowing unit. Even if the amount of grass clippings, thatch and sand increases in the grass box, it does not affect the cutting height or angle of the mower unit. Thus, the mower can mow uniformly from beginning to end.

TR50

From the workshop to the greens. The Baroness TR50, pedestrian greens mower trailer transports your mower safely while maintaining your set HOC insuring a consistent cut from the first hole to the last.

The TR50, EZ carry is the first Baroness pedestrian greens mower trailer manufactured by Baroness. The TR50 has 2 different ramp options; drum version or tire version. The drum version allow the operator to transport the mower without the travel wheels, the operator can also remove and fit the travel wheels to the mower while the mower is on the drum ramps, this saves the life and condition of the drum. The tire version allow the transport wheels to be transported while fitted to the mower. This option is preferable for courses who choose not to park the transport cart near the greens.

The TR50 is also adjustable to fit the various widths of the Baroness pedestrian mowers (22″ and 26″).

KEY FEATURES

1-STEP LOCKING RAMP
The ramp tilts when loading the mower and locks into transport position. When unloading the mower, a single action step pedal releases the ramp. *Extra locks secure the ramp during transport.

NO CONTACT DURING TRANSPORT
The mower unit is elevated and does not contact the trailer during transport. The benefit of this feature is that the set HOC is not tampered with due to contact of the mower unit and trailer. This keeps a consistent HOC from one hole to the next.

FS900

TDA1200

The Baroness TDA1200 Greens Aerator is another quality machine from Kyoeisha which combines sturdiness, efficiency and simplicity to give you the absolutely best finish possible on your green whilst ensuring you achieve effective aeration.

Designed to work down to a depth of 250mm, the TDA1200 operates at 2 km/h and has two crankshaft operating speeds and a wide variety of tine options.

The machine comes complete with a rear roller as standard as well as a variety of tines and finger plates

TDA1600

The Baroness TDA1600 Sportsground aerator is another quality machine from the Kyoeisha Co. of Japan which combines sturdiness, efficiency and simplicity to give you absolutely the best possible finish on your sports pitches and playing fields.

Designed to work down to a depth of 180 mm, the TDA operates at up to 2.05 km/h and has two crankshaft operating speeds and a wide variety of tine options.

The TDA1600 aerator comes complete with a rear roller as standard as well as a wide variety of tines and finger plates.

Aerate up to 3120 sq. m. per hour

AGRIMETAL TURBINE BLOWER TB-270

To complement the existing roller range, Baroness U.K. are pleased to announce they are the new sole importer and distributor for AgriMetal Turbine Blowers to include the TB-270 for the U.K.

The Agrimetal TB-270 Turbine Blower imported by Baroness U.K marks another chapter in AgriMetal’s long history of Turf Care Products. The new turbine is constructed with an Aluminium Cast Turbine Propeller, which is electronically balanced to provide years of trouble free service. The AgriMetal Turbine Blower is powered by an efficient 27 HP fuel injected petrol engine. An industrial 12 volt throttle actuator is also used to provide years of maintenance free service.

MUFFLER
The large muffler considerably reduces noise. The exhaust manifold is 1/8 “larger in diameter compared to the competition. This improvement prevents the engine from overheating. The exhaust system is completely covered with a metal mesh for added safety.

STEEL FENDERS
The fenders are constructed of steel with exclusive impact resistant bumpers to re-enforce the overall structure.

90 DEGREE AIR NOZZLE
The 90 degree air chute is made of a composite material with an exclusive oblong shape outlet.

LARGE FUEL TANK
The 24L fuel tank allows you to get more done between fill ups.

AGRIMETAL ROLLERS

The range consists of the GR-400 & GR-660. The GR-400 model is the most affordable, high specification roller on the market with the GR-660 model providing an industry leading 66” width roll.

The Hydro-Gear hydrostatic pump has been mated with Honda’s reliable 13hp engine ensuring maximum torque and efficiency. Each head is power by its own hydraulic motor in series to distribute flow and torque evenly.

AUTOMATIC CHAIN TIGHTENER SYSTEM
Thanks to the automatic chain tightener system there is less time spent on adjustments, the chains are also located inside a closed box, helping prevent grass clipping, sand & any other debris getting into the drive mechanism.

Each floating head has openings on the top front & back, making clean up simple. The easier it is the more likely it will get done.

FLOATING STEERING HEAD
The roller’s floating head design effortlessly follows the contours of the most severe undulations, providing a higher roll factor and a better putting surface with minimal compaction.

HYDRAULIC ASSISTED STEERING
The hydraulic assisted steering drive system make it easy for the operator to operate the roller, with the floating steering head providing the industries tightest turning radius. This unique design has built in guides to ensure minimal overlap with maximum productivity.

RAMP SELF LOCKING MECHANISM
The ramp self-locking mechanism provides safe transportation. Thanks to the ramp spring assisted hinge system. It’s easy for the operator to lift it back up before driving to the next green.
