SPREADER DESIGN

The Hilltip IceStriker™ 120-200 is a 12V electric sand and salt spreader designed for installation on pickup tailgates, vans, utility vehicles, tractors, loaders and forklifts. Polymer hopper and mounted parts in stainless steel give you effective protection against rust and corrosion. The spreader can spread all types of spreading material; bulk, bag, sand, gravel and fertilizer, and the horizontal auger and spinner disc has independently controlled motors.

SPREADER CONTROL APP

This salt and sand spreader is operated wirelessly (Bluetooth) through the next generation control system: Hilltip StrikeSmart™ control App. Smartphone with app installed is included with the spreader package. Automatic GPS-speedcontrol adjusts the amount of spreading material (g/m²) according to your vehicle speed, while manual mode lets you insert a fixed auger speed. Tracking with Hilltip HTrack™ as optional function.

Our new salt spreader is built to meet the requirements of the UTV and European light-pickup segment. Thanks to the convenient size of the spreader, it fits most kinds of small machines, like utility vehicles, tool carriers and mini-loaders. This device is perfect for spreading at parking lots, courtyards, walkways and pedestrian paths. The IceStriker™ spreader and controller system helps you save money and reduces the impact on the environment, while achieving the same de-icing results as before.

SPREADER DESIGN

The high quality stainless steel hopper body guarantees a long-lasting corrosion-free use. The hopper surface is easy to clean and maintain, and provides a smooth material flow. The spreader is designed for spreading bulk sand and gravel, bulk/bag salt, sand-salt mixes and fertilizers. The salt spreader can optionally be equipped with pre-wet kit.

The salt spreader can easily be transformed into a complete brine solution sprayer or into a pre-wet combi spreader that moistens the spreading material. Integrated tanks in the double walled hopper body holds up to 450 l of liquid. The spreader can optionally be equipped with a 2 meter spray bar or a hose reel with hand-held spray nozzle.

The IceStriker™ spreader and controller system helps you save money and reduces the impact on the environment, while achieving the same de-icing results as before.

Integrated tanks in the double walled hopper body holds up to 900 l of liquid. The spreader can optionally be equipped with a 2 meter spray bar or a hose reel with hand-held spray nozzle.

Truck Stainless Steel spreader HTS 3000-10500

With capacity from 3000 to 10500 liter to spread any combination of bulk salt and sand, these stainless steel spreaders are perfect for contractors who want to cut down on extra trips to the yard for reloading. The complete assembly mounts easily on pickup, dump and platform trucks making it ideal for municipalities, shopping malls, industries, hospitals and private contractors.

The spreader can be optionally equipped with a Liquid Spray System for Pre-wet salt spreading, to improve the anti-icing efficiency and reduce material costs.
