400 Series Hedge Cutter

The 400 Series of the Shelbourne Reynolds hedge cutters and verge cutters range has been developed & designed to suit the needs of farmers, contractors and Councils. Key features such as booms have been designed with quality and strength in mind from the larger HD models, whereas weight has been saved in areas to suit smaller tractors without compromise.

Two models are available – 450 5.0m Fixed boom machine & 457 5.7m Fixed boom machine.

600 Series Hedge Cutter

The 600 Series hedge and verge cutter range has been developed by utilizing some of the key features from both the HD700 & the old MD series to create a trimmer range with high specifications as far as performance but maintain a suitable weight to operate on medium sized tractors. This range is therefore suited to both farmers and contractors.

Two models are available: 656 5.6m Fixed boom machine & 660T 6m Telescopic machine.

HD700 Series Hedge Cutter

The HD700 Series hedge and verge cutter range has been designed hand in hand with owner driver contactors over the last 10 years, it’s range of specifications and configurations makes it suitable for both farmers and contractors.

Three models are available: HD755 5.5m Fixed boom machine, HD760T 6m Telescopic machine and HD762VFR 6.2m variable forward reach machine.

HD800 Series Hedge Cutter

The HD800 Series hedge and verge cutter range has been designed with professional users in mind, it is a heavy duty range incorporating a large number of standard features aimed at high hour users.

Since 1972 when Keith Shelbourne purchased the business assets of Reynolds Engineering Ltd and formed Shelbourne Reynolds Engineering Ltd, Shelbourne Reynolds has been designing and manufacturing farm machinery in Suffolk, England.

Here, Shelbourne Reynolds use the latest design software to create the machines the markets demand, and utilise some of the most sophisticated manufacturing equipment available to produce not only hedge and verge trimmers, but also Powermix diet feeders, Powerspread manure spreaders and a host of other arable, livestock and groundcare machinery.

Their manufacturing technology includes CNC machining centres, laser steel cutting machines and one of the UK’s largest powder coat paint facilities. All of this means they are able to create in-house, to extremely high standards, a large proportion of the components required for their equipment, using processes including machining and gear cutting to manufacture specific drives for specific applications.
