We officially are your Merlo dealers from all our agricultural branches!
Many of you will know that in January 2020 the Merlo telehandler franchise moved from Lister Wilder to Chandlers Farm Equipment as we uncoupled from our AGCO brands in order to become full-line Kubota dealers throughout our network of branches.
It is with pleasure that I am now writing to inform you that as of 1st March 2023 the franchise returned to Lister Wilder in the West with Sales, Service and Parts support being provided from our agricultural branches at Reading, Bibury and Bristol. Contact details for these branches and their departments can be found overleaf.
We are gearing up to support both existing handlers currently on farm, and stocking new machines ready to replace ageing handlers. Our Parts teams are working with Merlo to ensure there are sufficient spares on the shelf, and our service department has recently employed more team members with previous telehandler experience, two of these you might already know, Andy Rogers (formally with Farol ltd) & Chris Hallas (formally Claas & previously with Lister Wilder). Some of the technicians have already attended the Merlo training centre over the last few weeks, with others planned to attend shortly. We have invested in all the latest diagnostic equipment, which our technicians’ vans will be equipped with as our aim is to provide you with a second-to-none back up service knowing the importance these machines have to you and your businesses.
Merlo & Lister Wilder hold a lot of values in common, both are family companies that have been supporting agriculture for many years, and we are delighted that we are going to be able to continue our support to you with these products for many years to come.
