About Soil Equipment

SOIL EQUIPMENT

UNIVERSAL CULTIVATORS

For all seasons, all kind of conditions and a wide field of applications.

STUBBLE CULTIVATORS

Stubble cultivation means powerful and efficient performance – that is what the Kverneland stubble cultivation range offers. The machines can operate at high forward speeds whilst maintaining a consistent working depth and is the right choice for all conditions and for a wide range of applications. Stubble cultivation, especially within a minimum tillage cultivation program, conserves soil structure and moisture and limits erosion. It is an operation which requires great consideration. Tillage is an important operation for your next crop establishment.

DISC HARROWS

The Qualidisc Pro is for shallow as well as for deeper cultivation up to 15cm. It shows excellent performance with large amounts of residues (straw, intermediate green crops, etc.) thanks to its 600mm diameter discs. The Qualidisc Pro convinces with good penetration, deeper cultivation and superb cutting quality in combination with high output, simple adjustments and minimum maintenance costs. The Qualidisc Pro is extremely sturdy as it is fitted with a frame of the well-established quality Kverneland cultivator range.

The Qualidisc Farmer is a lighter version of the Qualidisc Pro for more shallow use. This machine is for farmers who want to use the short disc harrow up to 10cm deep. Consequently, the machine is 15% lighter on mounted version and 7% on trailed version, easier to lift, ideal for reducing soil compaction and energy saving as it is lighter to pull.

SEEDBED CULTIVATORS

For today’s modern farms the demands for seedbed cultivation have changed. Tight time slots have to be balanced with higher machine performance. Different crop rotations call for an adaption in technology that accomplishes all requirements of modern crop cultivation. The Kverneland TLG and TLD Seedbed Cultivators provides the right configuration for a wide range of applications.

STRIPTILLER

The Kultistrip is Kverneland’s answer for strip-till, an innovative tillage procedure for row cultures such as maize, sugar beet, sunflower or rape seed.

SUBSOILERS

Why subsoiling? Overcome compaction for a healthy soil structure. Improved soil drainage. Optimal root development and better soil aeration.

POWER HARROWS

A power harrow together with a seed drill is finally an economic high performance combination. Seed bed preparation and seeding in one pass! All Kverneland power harrows models are exclusively designed to be combined with Kverneland seed drills either modular with front tank and coulterbar or with cultivator mounted seed drills.

ROLLERS

Consolidation is often considered the most important part of the cultivation system. The cultivated mixed and restructured profile if not consolidated can be too loose losing valuable moisture or becoming soft and unworkable when wet. With the Actiroll, Kverneland provides a range of rollers which is the right choice for both before and after seeding and opens a wide field of applications.
