Trimax Ezeemow FX Flail Mower

Trimax Ezeemow FX is a versatile and robust partner for your compact tractor. Suitable for contractors, councils, roadsides, estates, vineyards and orchard applications.

The Trimax Ezeemow FX is compatible with tractors from 20 to 45hp and it’s compact dimensions allow manoeuvrability in tight corners. It’s the ideal partner for your compact tractor when versatility and robustness is needed.

The Trimax Ezeemow FX has been designed to give you greater mowing versatility from short grass to heavy conditions. Ezeemow FX can handle fine turf, small prunings and one metre high grass and scrub with minimal maintenance and maximum reliability. This versatility makes the Ezeemow FX ideal for contractors, councils, roadsides, estates, and orchard applications.

Fitment

Rear 3-point linkage mounted compact flail mower suitable for tractors with a minimum of 17-22hp.

Design and Construction

The Ezeemow FX has a low and compact design which mounts close to the tractor. The front of the body aperture is very open and is fitted with a row of hinged safety flaps which fold back to allow standing vegetation easy entry yet contain any thrown objects. The Ezeemow uses a monocoque body construction made from 3mm high tensile plate steel.

Development

Ezeemow FX is a total re-design of the original Ezeemow mower with a change in construction to a high tensile steel, a larger diameter rotor (70% stronger) and forged steel Gamma™ Flails. A stronger gearbox has been used and an improved belt tensioning system. The full width rear roller is now easily height adjustable.

The Converter™ Feature

The Converter™ feature is unique to Trimax and changes a versatile “jack-of-all trades” flail mower into a machine that is a master of widely differing conditions. In the short grass configuration it excels when mowing quality turf, lifting each blade to eliminate wheel marks. Move the Converter™ and the same machine transforms metre-high grass and stalky weeds into lawn in a single pass.

Trimax FlailDek FX Flail Mower

Trimax FlailDek FX has the ability to deliver an exceptionally clean cut and disperse clippings safely. Suitable for sports grounds, roadsides, schools, parks and other fine turf applications.

The Trimax FlailDek FX offers a high performance alternative to the standard factory-fitted rotary mowing attachments found on Kubota and other out-front tractors. With the ability to deliver an exceptionally clean cut, disperse clippings safely and even produce a brilliant striping effect, FlailDek FX is suitable for sports grounds, roadsides, schools, parks and other fine turf applications.

Featuring Trimax’s unique Converter™ system, allowing mowing versatility between short and long grass and Trimax’s exclusive Gamma™ Flail system the FlailDek FX is designed to keep downtime to a minimum and improve productivity.

Fitment

A front mounted flail mower that can be fitted to a wide range of tractors including Kubota and other out-front tractors. FlailDek FX is supplied complete with mounting arms and PTOs to suit the brand of tractor. Minimum hp recommendations vary between tractor brands.

Trimax Warlord Flail Mower

The all new Trimax Warlord S3 with it’s hydraulic sideshift operation makes for a powerful working companion in various commercial applications.

The all new Warlord S3 with its hydraulic side shift operation makes for a powerful working companion in commercial applications such as weed abatement, tree farms, mulching turf off cuts, trimming turf ribbons, roadside mowing and horticulture applications.

Designed to be safe and reliable, and Trimax have maintained the robust build which made the S2 the mower of choice for hire fleets around the world. With the ability to shred branches up to 75mm in diameter and fitted with unique features such as our Trimax Gamma™ Flails, unique pruning guide and an adjustable rear flap, the Warlord S3 means business!

Fitment

Rear 3-point linkage tractor mounted flail mower to suitable for tractors with a minimum of 44-55hp.

Design and Construction

Warlord has a dynamically balanced rotor constructed from 11mm seamless wall tube. Hinged front safety flaps allow a large volume of material into the cutting chamber and prevent material being thrown forward. The Warlord features an easily adjusted four-belt drive to the rotor using SPBX belts.

The Warlord has a monocoque body construction made from 6mm plate steel. Warlord comes right-hand offset as standard unless specified otherwise.

Development

Warlord Series 3 now features hydraulic sideshift, perfect for maneuvering around obstacles. To control the coarseness of the mulch you can lower/lift the rear flap. The finest mulch is produced with the flap in the lower position. Lifting the flap allows more material to be processed. Controlling the discharge also assists with safety in public areas. Lifting the flap fully open makes for easier flail servicing.

Features

Hydraulic side shift – The Warlord can be quickly offset to the left or right by up to 500mm. Perfect for transport and manoeuvring around obstacles whilst mowing.

Discharge control – Fine mulch is produced with the flap in the lowest position. Controlling discharge assists with safety in public spaces. Lift flap open for easy flail servicing.

Pruning guide – Helps direct prunings in and under the mower. Also helps keep debris away from the hydraulic system.

Replaceable internal liner – A bolt-in 6mm replaceable internal liner increases the life of the body, minimises damage and reduces noise.

Roadsides roller – A replaceable 11mm heavy duty roller for demanding applications such as roadsides. Roller height can be easily adjusted.
